Great caring doctor!

The doctor himself is great but don’t expect much from his staff, they lost my medical card and then tried to blame it on me for not being aware of my personal belongings. They made me check my wallet 6 times and in the middle of the 6th time they found my card on the floor in the hallway. Before I left I asked multiple times if they sent it to a pharmacy I had changed over to and they said yes, I repeated the address not once but 3 times and they all said yes. Upon getting to the pharmacy they said they didn’t get a prescription sent to them. I call the doctor again and ask them if they sent it to the address I had said 3 times just 10 minutes ago and they said “oh sorry we did send it to your old pharmacy.” So if you go there expecting the staff to care about actually doing their job you’re highly mistaken

Unfortunately being sick most of my life has lead me to seeing many doctors for all types of illnesses. Over these years I have found that most doctors now always overbook patients, allowing them no time to build a relationship between you and them. I call this conveyor belt treatment ( getting you in and pushing you out the door within 5 mins.) This type of practice leaves no time or room for the patient/doctor to build a relationship based on listening and caring for what is the best form of treatment for that individual patient. Instead these doctors treat this patient just like they did 100 others who may be describing a similar ache, pain , or illness putting them all in the same boat which is already overcrowded and sinking. So they hand you a sample pill or send in a prescription of the latest medication that some RX company is pushing at that time and on your way you go having received no treatment. Fortunately there is still a doctor out there like Doctor Jeff who does not… overbook and who takes the time, whatever that amount is to listen and truly treat what it is that that ails you. Since I have been seeing Doctor Elfenbein I must tell you that my life has turned around and I am feeling 100 percent healthier better than ever before in my life.

I found Dr. Jeff very thorough and very caring.l He listened to what I had to say and took his time.

Office is old and appears dirty. There is never a call back with test results.If you call for them you get an answering machine and no one calls you back. Inaccurate diagnosis and prescribed medicine

you must look elsewhere for a doctor...beware this guy who lacks the knowledge. there is no way i trust my health to him, you shouldn't either!
