Dr. Jeffrey Cowan Ellison, MD

Dr. Ellison is very kind and professional when I had my procedure done. He explained the steps to me and gave me comfort when I raised my concerns. He’s very knowledgeable and even shared his very own experience. He was very highly recommended by my colleague and I very much highly recommend him too to anyone. The staff are amazing as well. So thankful to Jaime, Melissa and nurse anesthetist Donna! When you get passed the prep, everything is a breeze.

He takes all the time you and patiently answer all your concerns

It has been over 10 years since my last colonoscopy. My provider referred me to North Hills. Not having a GI doctor, Dr. Ellison accepted responsibilty for my care. The whole process was handled with great care. The entire attending staff was professional and very thorough. Dr. Ellison introduced himself and explained the entire proceedure he was to perform. Dr. Ellison was very thorough in explaining what he found and removed and my good report, all was well. The whole experience was excellent and safe. I'll see Dr. Ellison again in 3 years, if he's still around.

He's done my colonoscopy ever since I moved to Arkansas. I had a lung screening,they sent me a letter thst I might have lymphoma, Dr Chris Harden said wait 6 months. When I had my colonoscopy, I mention it to Dr.Ellison, he said he,would have his nuse call me with an appointment,which he did. We went in told him the problems o think he thought we were nuts. He said he would be back he wanted to look at my records. He came back in 15 minutes later,said we had ever right to be worried! With God's blessings he got me in to an oncologist, got blood work and a scan that day! I did have cancer, thank God Dr. Ellison took time to listen. I highly recommend him!!
