Dr. Jeffrey Howard Etherton, MD

In anticipation of an international trip involving high-altitude trekking I wanted a cardio opinion following testing in another state with an arrhythmia doctor. Dr. Etherton’s staff was superb in recognizing my time constraint and found a time for me to see him two days prior to leaving. He took time to evaluate my situation and concluded I needed another test before he felt comfortable advising the trip was ok and did his best to get the procedure done so I could make the trip, assuming the test is ok. He was thoughtful in evaluating my history and circumstance and detailed and considerate in offering an opinion that clearly had my health interest as priority. A member of his staff, Saima, made extraordinary effort to find a diagnostic facility that could see me the next day, contacting about 6 hospitals and centers before finally finding an open time. As a retired health care executive I am discerning as to medical office operations and am satisfied that in Dr. Etherton and his… staff I have found an outstanding practice. I appreciate their understanding of my unique scheduling difficulty and their support in and the through the process as well as Dr. Etherton’s expertise.

Dr. Etherton is the most caring & empathetic man. I have been nothing short of amazed by his compassion and friendliness. I would recommend him to anyone!

Superb service staff and bedside manner! I overlookrd this today however I suggest an option in your phone system. If your staff is busy I'd appreciate the opportunity to leave my phone number so they can return my call when available. The first time I called I waited probavly 20 minutes until I gave up and hung up. Today it was several minutes. I am certain patients would love the option of waiting or leaving a phone number rather than waiting indefinitely Thank you!
