Been using Dr Ettinger since my child was a toddler. Now that we moved an hour away from Philly, we will not change. Staff is also great. Highly recommend !

I have had several problems with the office manager! Today my sick child was turned away because of a disagreement I had with the office manager!After I called in for a sick visit this morning, I was told to come in at 2:30 when I arrived the receptionist could not find my childs records when they went to the office manager she had them and came out and told me my daughter could no longer be seen there because of the dispute she and I had! I went straight to the ER with my daughter! This is America! We are insured! Who sends a sick child away?! The doctor himself has always been great, unfortunately it seems like you have to get through this lady to see him! I am at a loss for words!

I have been going to his office for 14 years now and I can not say one bad thing about him he has always gone above and beyond what I feel a doctor should have to do . He cares not just about the well being of my children but he also has helped us in there education. HE always returns my calls when I request him to . He has always followed up on everything that has to do with my children .We have never had to wait to see him nor is the wait time in his office long at all . My three boys ranging in the ages of 14years old , 10 years old and 7 years old all love going to see him even if they are sick . He has two other doctors in his practice one I will never allow to see my children again and the other one that works with him well she is just as great as he is. If you are looking for a great doctor for your children you should really look in to his practices.You will not be sorry . I have sent many of my friends to him and they all feel the same as I do he is great.
