Dr. Jeffrey Everett

Jeffrey Everett is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 20 years of experience aligning with adults and couples who have sought help regarding issues related to trauma resolution, substance use, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and men’s issues. Jeffcan help clients build on their innate resiliency and live life to the fullest by staying true to their values. Jeff completed his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Louisiana State University and his Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology at Stephen F. Austin State University. Hisapproach combines several different modalities including mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, collaborative couples therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), but Jeff will tailor your particular treatment plan to best meet your unique and specific needs.
