Dr. Jeffrey Mccabe Fowler, MD

Dr Fowler is the best!! He explained everything to me and was very calming. My procedure was carefully explained to me and all questions were answered. Once diagnosed with cancer his oncology staff was the best. The support I received from each and every one of them was fantastic. David that does all of his scheduling always does his best to work around my schedule and Lindsey has taken care of my every need to this day. I recently had to have another unrelated surgery and Dr Fowler took the time to come to my pre-op room and visit before my procedure. I am so grateful everyday that I was referred to these wonderful people.

Because of abandoning medical protocol, Fowler is directly responsible for my wife's (Sue) Stage 4 cancer. Despite knowing of Sue's medical history -- which included thyroid cancer and cancer of the cervix (which he treated years earlier) -- he neglected to order a PET scan when she came to him with a growth in her abdominal/pelvic area, and during subsequent visits over a period of more than a year told her, "That's not cancer; it's not growing fast enough."-- even though scans indicated growth was occurring. She asked him several times if this could be cancer, and he was adamant that it couldn't possibly be. Now, Sue has had radiation, and is on chemo pills -- all of which have sickened her violently and destroyed her normal quality of life. It's well known that EARLY DETECTION is the key to treating cancer with any degree of success. Fowler waited more than a year before -- at our and Sue's family doctor's urging -- doing a biopsy and finding the malignancy and its spread into her… spine. Malpractice is not even close to a term for Fowler's folly.

You can tell a lot about dr Fowler’s office by the way that his staff acts. They are all rude and miserable from the front desk to the scheduling secretary you see after your exam. Dr Fowler himself spent very little time with me when I was initially diagnosed with cancer. After my surgery he never once followed up with me in person or via phone. I didn’t feel wanted or welcome at his office during follow up visits. My surgery and treatments were never fully explains to me and holly his nurse got my details wrong on several occasions, for one she said i would be recovering in the hospital for 5-7 days when in fact the hospital kicked me out after 3 days. The whole experience of cancer is unfortunate but dr Fowler and his office made it even more painful by their lack of courtesies and organization. I have since transferred to Ohio Health for treatment based on my bad experience here.

He is extremely knowledgeable in his field ( the best of the best). He is so caring, he tells you the facts and he is amazing as a person and doctor. I was dying when I went to him, he looked at me and said I can cure you...He kept his word. He just amazes me about his knowledge and his his teaching others.

Best dr in his field. He is truly amazing! Every woman having surgery should go see dr fowler. He is the best!

I am very thankful I was referred to Dr .Fowler. I was literally on my deathbed when I walked into his office, he looked at all my medical records before I arrived. I wasn't prepared for him to say I think I can CURE you. I was very optimistic but said lets do it then, well here I am now to tell you that he was correct. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He is the best and is very caring. I would refer him to anyone.

I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Fowler...He's great - knowledgeable, calm, confident and prefessional!I feel fortunate to have been referred to him and highly recommend him to any woman in need of GYN surgicl/oncology care.
