Dr. Jeffrey H Frank, MD

I Love Dr. Frank - I have been seeing him for many years. He had my migraines under control with Botox for several years until I developed the antibodies against the Botox due to my Lupus. Then we switched to Aimovig which is working GREAT - Dr. Frank is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He loves music and he does have a sense of humor. Thank you Dr. Jeffrey Frank.

One of the rudest people I have ever encountered.

I waited an hour to be called back to his desk. I explained my symptoms,he was the rudest doctor I have ever seen. My first and last visit with him.

Never go to this Dr. You will regret it. Non caring

He was rude, rough and gave no explanation of what he was doing during a test. He gave me his opinion when he completed the test without any exam or listening to me. When I tried to tell him my symptoms, he responded, "I know your history." I would not recommend him to anyone unless you want to be insulted.

Rude, uncaring, and unprofessional.

He saw me at the hospital, disagreed with my rheumatologist and neurosurgeon. He was rude, dismissive of another neurologist reports and of the neurosurgeon. He was horrible. He had zero bedside manner, was incredibly rude and rough with me. He should be banned.

I was sent to Dr. Frank because i was having headaches from my neck and shoulders, i had cervical disc fusion 8 years ago, my Prim care Phys,suspected problems with the disc above or below the fusion. Dr. frank diagnosed me with migrains without hearing anything i had to say. no physical evaluation, no test of any kind. he would stop me in the middle of a sentence every time i tried to say something. put me on medication that had worse side effects than i went to him for, side effects-(intense headaches, lost taste when eating, numbness and tingling in hands and feet.) then he sent note to my primary care physician diagnosing symptoms i did not even have. when i told about med problem he still did not evaluate my cond. or run any test, just tried to give more pills or injections.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for over 12 years and I wouldn't consider seeing anyone else!
