Just moved to the area and was recommended to this practice. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and Dr. J Frankel. They made me feel very welcome. I will be returning for more work on my teeth and am confident all will go well.

This man made me terrified of dentists. He is the reason so many people hate going to the dentist. He was rude and inflammatory. He told me as a teenager with some cavities that all my teeth were ruined and he would have to do major work and how expensive it was going to be. I left crying. I thought all my teeth were going to fall out. He botched a root canal that disintegrated a few weeks later and I was so scared to go back I pulled it out myself. He took x-rays that my insurance didn't cover when I specifically asked to only do the ones covered by insurance. He tried to refill cavities I knew he had already taken care of. Scam! Finally years later I was able to go to another dentist and face my fears. I thought my teeth were awful because of Dr. Frankel. Turns out my teeth are just fine! Go figure. Beware!
