Dirty office, dirty practices. After giving me the worst filling I've ever seen in my life, Dr. Frankel poured a single drop of medicine in my tooth and charged me $250 out of pocket for a SINGLE DROP. He is a scammer and hardly a professional, as he made fun of my dental hygiene the entire time. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this man.

Dr. Frankel & manager are terrible individuals. Both are VERY unprofessional. i would NEVER go back there let alone recommend anyone.

I have no complains about treatment. My complaint is about being presented with a piece of paper, not a bill, at the end of treatment for $150 por a simple procedure covered by insurance. I trusted him and did pay immediately but when I checked with my insurance I was told I shouldn't have. I've been trying to have my money refunded to credit card unsuccessful for 4 months now. I spoke to dentist, his assistant during procedure as well as his office manager. I also notified him in writing so I filed a complaint with BBB. Next is a complain to local Dental Association and peer review.

Absolutely incompetent group of people, they have no clue what they are doing. Might say they all got their degree online... if they even have it.. you get better service at a McDonalds. They have no clue what they are doing. I might even want to say they are racist. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. You’re better off cleaning your teeth at home by yourself save yourself the time. They are complete morons; the manager is the leader of the morons. Biggest group of idiots I have ever encountered. DONT GO THERE.

He is rude and verbally abusive if you ask questions, tries to make you have unnecessary expensive procedures and pressures you to refer others.

Dr. Frankel is a bully, rude and pressures you to undergo unnecessary cosmetic treatments. He also pressures you to treat problems in the most expensive way possible. His billing is shady. A totally unpleasant experience. Stay away.

Would highly recommend , been going to Dr frankel for years with wife and kids. Staff Is so awesome ! I think we've been going on 9 or 10 years as patients and had all excellent excellent experiences EVERYTIME!
