My small daughter fractured her leg after making her wait in a temporary cast for 5 days we finally got an appt. The wait room was hot, crowded, and not clean. She picked cigarette box, straws and trash out of couch. Were told no early appts. got there 15 mins prior as requested for new patient. Did not get seen til an hour and 45 mins later. Doctor was very stuck up, and had to be pryed at for information about what and why he was wanted to put her in a cast. Requested early visit for removal of cast 1 mth later (none available) got there on time waited in my vehicle for over an hour. Wait room was full several wheel chair patients had to wait outside in the heat because of lack of room. (not that inside was much cooler) staff refused to come get us when called said if we were not there within earshot when called we would lose our appt. Actually requested info be faxed to have ER remove cast bc of such a long wait with our small child. 2 hours later was faxed just as we were being… called back. Staff then proceeded to advise us we may want to wash area cast was on, no offer of a towel. rag or means to do so thank goodness we still keep baby wipes. I would have rather taken her cast off myself. He may come with good reviews as a good doctor but it was the absolute worse experience with a physician ever. Would not recommend unless you want to waste half a day in the heat with rude people.
