Dr. Jeffrey B. Friedrich

He performed surgery on my 7-year-old’s wrist. He explained everything to us so clearly after the surgery(as it was an emergency surgery, we didn’t meet him beforehand). In follow-up appointments with my son, he is kind, funny, and thorough. I am so thankful for his skills.

Appointment scheduling and billing are very messy. Double charged me on a consultation. Need to call several times for follow-up. The doctor is forgettable and impatient. I find he is not an expereienced physician in the hand surgery field, as he was not able to give insight in my case. He is not a very caring doctor. Luckily I find another better doctor in WA.

Poor communication outside of appointments, which were difficult to schedule. He also misdiagnosed me, and only avoided unnecessary surgery through chance...insurance company issues caused cancellation. After not hearing from their office to confirm they had canceled the surgery until the day after it was scheduled, was the last straw. Saw another surgeon in different facility, so sad I wasted about a year before I went elsewhere.
