Dr. Jeffrey B Frost, MD

An unfriendly medical assistant asked me sternly why I am here. I said I think I might have Lyme. She asked for my symptoms, sounding more like a policeman than a concerned medical practitioner. Dr. Frost, ½ hour late, had no idea why I was here. When I mentioned the possibility of Lyme, he got annoyed. He had no interest or curiosity about what I am going through, caring more about his anti-chronic Lyme position. He preferred talking to my husband who had come along. “He had zero bedside manners,” my husband said after the visit. What a monumental waste of time.

Jeff Frost was, hands down, the worst medical professional I've ever encountered, and I assume his 3.0 overall rating on this site reflects my experience. He's strongly against seeking second opinions and basically kicked me out of his examination room when I mentioned I had indeed sought one. I haven't crossed paths with another doctor so bizarrely adverse to second opinions since -- and suspect I never will again. Luckily my life was saved, ironically by not moving forward with Frost. Please research all options before choosing your route of care. Some doctors truly care about your well being while others see money signs.
