Dr. Jeffrey Eliot Galpin, MD

Terrible experience! He simply went by the notes of another doctor, never looked at my data. He was condescending and contentious. I would never recommend him to others. Also, he made me wait an 1 1/2 Complete waste of time.

I met Dr Galpin in a waiting room at Cedars Sinai as each of us had a relative in the hospital. I had heard of him before this and his reputation was impeccable and daring at the time. Many doctors refused to see patients with HIV ... not Dr Galpin. I changed physicians and became a patient. I have never before or after met another doctor who is as brilliant and compassionate. Yes, there is often a wait time. Ask yourself, do I really want a physician who does not listen or keeps looking at his watch? Or do I want someone who actually has a heart of gold and a mind like Sherlock Holmes? He is a blessing to his patients and his field of medecine.

Very smart doctor

I make my appointment very early so I don't have to wait. He is an excellent Dr. and has helped me tremendously. He truly cares about you as a patient and a person. I really don't know what I would do without him.

Very knowledgeable and incredible bedside manner. He will take the time with you. He's the doctor you go to with every other doctor can't figure out what's wrong. Wait times in the office can go 1 - 2 hours. Best to get the first available appointment, or bring your computer or book with you.

Have been seeing Dr Galpin for over 20 years...and cannot speak more highly of him...Very relaxed and very focused...excellent Doctor on all fronts..

Great doctor but a long wait to get in. one hour or more. But he will take the time to be with you that you need and he will listen.

Truly a Godsend. I love this doctor. I paid to see him when my insurance didn't cover his cost. I'd do it again.

I was in a horrific car accident,while walking across the street in 1991 I was struck by a speeding truck and my back and left leg were broken.I had to undergo 11 major surgeries and due to the extreme nature of the injuries I contacted an infection from the open surgeries in my back and leg..Dr.Jeffrey Galpn never gave up on me and proceeded to find the right cocktail of antibiotics until he saved my dying body.His compassion dureing this tragedy ( I also lost my beloved father while in the hospital due to cancer) was generous,geniun and healing in every sense of the word. He made me feel whole in spirit as well as bringing my body back to health. I was dying,point blacnk he saved my life,I know this to be a fact,and I will never ever forget it or stop praising this intelligent and kind human being. He is as good as they get in the Medical field and outstanding as a human being.

For years, I have been blessed with having Dr. Galpin as my physician. He has helped me get healthy when no other doctor has. His approach is thorough and I feel completely that I can put my trust in him. He is kind, compassionate, exhaustive in his desire to find a solution to any health concern.
