Poor surgeon and results, big ego, does not have a heart. Does unnecessary surgeries to get more money.

Dr Gelfand performed my carpel tunnel surgery and did a beautiful job. Just a little cut on the wrist and healed up nice. I thought he had a great bedside manner too.

I trust Dr. Gelfand with my life. He has performed multiple surgeries on my hands, wrists and elbow. Explains everything clearly and has a calming bedside manner.

Dr Gelfand offered a variety of solutions to my hand issue - some we tried. In the end, surgery was the logical answer.I cancelled 2x due to uncertainty on my part. Dr. Gelfand's staff was kind & understanding. The follow-up after surgery was a pleasant surprise - everyone acted as if they really cared!

I had a total shoulder replacement and Dr. Gelfand was so thorough with his explanation of the procedure, excellent bedside manner and very caring. I highly recommend him.

Doctor Gelfand performed rotator cuff surgery on my husband six months ago. The operation was clean,minimally invasive and successful. He has an excellent bedside manner and spends the amount of time with you needed to explain the whole process and what to expect and to answer all questions. He is diligent with his follow up appointments and monitors the notes given to him from the physical therapist. He had no problem with our request to have "the block" which does add time to the surgery. We wish all our doctors where like him.

... Dr. Gelfand is a find doctor. He diagnosed my torn rotator cuff, and did the necessary surgery. I did therapy afterwards. The shoulder healed just the way he said it would.
