Dr. Jeffrey Alan Goldstein, MD

Dr. Goldstein has been our daughters Cleft Palate Dr. since the day she was born. We stayed over a month in the NICU due to her being premature. He would come visit us every morning. Once he had conference for a week and came directly off his red-eye flight to come see how she had done that week. He celebrated her ups and consoled us in her downs, although he had nothing to do with them. She had some plastic surgery on her cheek for skin tags. He called us directly that evening at home just to see how she was feeling. He always makesay us feel like we are his only patients and listens and explains everything to us in detail. We are anxious about her pending CP surgery, but we wouldn't trust our daughter with anyone else.

Dr. Goldstein saw my 8 year old regarding pinning back her ears. He was great with her and he came highly recommended. All of my questions were answered in a way that I understood our options and what would happen with the surgery. Two friends of mine have taken their children to him also, and have been very pleased.

We actually went to Dr Goldstein for an older child to get stitches, and he saw a probelm with the younger child. He arranged for a CT and follow up appointment and correctely diagnosed the problem on sight. He is caring, thorough, very nice and an all around GREAT doctor. I feel very lucky to have been referred to him by chance.

Dr Goldstein left a 2 and 1/2" incision open in my son's mouth. My son only had a micro cleft lip. It looks worse now than before the surgery . My son kept bleeding and had to have a 2nd surgery 2 days later. We will not know if this will ever heal correctly now, only time will tell. I trusted Dr.goldstein and he really let me down. My son has suffered tremendously due to his carelessness. My son is 2 years old ever since what was supposed to be minor surgery he has suffered. We are seeing a different doctor in the same office. We have been there 2 times while Dr. Goldstein was also in the office he has never spoken to me even to ask how my son is doing. Do your child a favor and request a different doctor.

Dr. Goldstein saw my daughter about an existing scar on her face and also about pinning back her ears. He was great with her and very helpful and informative.
