Dr. Jeffrey Ian Gorwit, MD

I had a plaque rupture that blocked my LAD 100%. Dr. Gorwit repaired my blockage just in time. After that, anyone who's had a heart attack knows there's an aftermath of anxiety to deal with. Dr. Gorwit was very understanding of that and would always get me in right away to ensure I was ok. He inspired confidence in me throughout this entire process which for my is critical. I've since recovered and got my anxiety under control. Thank you Dr. Gorwit for saving my life not just during my procedure but after as well.

I have been with Dr. Gorwitt for 7 years. He has a great bedside manner and noramlly takes the time to discuss your condition and options. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Look forward to more yeasrs with him as my Cardiologist.

Dr. Gorwitt has been my Cardiologist for over 4 years and has done a great job in helping keep me active. I have have 5 stents placed by him and he took the time to explain my condition and what to expect afterwards. The only exception was my last visit as he seemed to be in a hurry and didn't allow me to ask the questions that I had which was a disappointment but he has great bedside manners and can't recommend him enough.

He got me through my Heart attack and recommended a great Surgeon for my bypass. He is good natured and shows concern for my wellbeing. I don't think you could find a better cardiologist in San Diego County, or any other place for that matter. Thanks Dr. Gorwit.
