There are better options than him if you have tick-bourne illness and chronic inflammation. Have been treated by him for years with no results, even though I followed his very ridged instructions. I even went vegan, gluten free, and cut out fodmaps for 6 months. My symptoms never improved for more than a week. Finally got a second opinion and am seeing some real results. I think Dr Greenfield is a snake oil salesman who is only interested in making sure you keep coming back for more of it “treatments”.

Have been seeing him for years and following his (very strict) diet instructions, taking his recommended supplements, and reading the books he suggests. Still, I have no relief and my symptoms are just as bad as when I first saw him. I only got short-term relief and felt his solutions were causing other side-effects. Finally changed doctors and got a second opinion for my chronic inflammation issues, and I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Dr. Greenfield listens and is mindful of meeting the patient where they are at physically, emotionally and spiritually. Medical conditions are complex and each individual responds differently to treatment. Dr. Greenfield is mindful of this, however, sometimes the patient is not. Treatment requires a team effort. When you have this it is a win, win. Dr. Greenfield has made every attempt to be a successful part of my health care team in bringing me back to health. Thank you.

Don’t waste your time and money. This guy lies and literally says conflicting things from appointment to appointment. He is rude and gets frustrated when you ask questions. I spent multiple appointments listening to him say the exact same stuff as a previous appointment. He’s gone over labs multiple times and when I’ve said we went over those already he says oh well I forgot and we should review them again to get back on track. Shop around and get second opinions. I’m all about holistic & functional health but this guy just seems to be in his entirely own world and not at all a tick disease specialist like he claims to be.

Dr. Greenfield will try to fit your symptoms into his area of expertise. Glad I called the company that did my test and spoke with a doctor there, because his read of my results was completely different than Dr. Greenfield's.
