Dr Jeff Greenspan performed my 5th colonoscopy in approx 15 years. As always the procedure went very smooth and the Wills Surgery Center is a great place. All the procedures are timely, people and nurses are caring and very little waiting around. Very efficient. Aside from the years of knowledge and experience that I get with Dr Greenspan, I love the fact that I can actually get a hold of my Dr. when I need him. He is always available. Always calls back. That just isn't the case with most Drs. The Best!

I can say without a doubt he knows his stuff, but his attitude was horrible. $80 copay just for him to tell me to lose weight. And proceeded to shove bariatric surgery down my throat when I've been doing lifestyle changes to lose weight. Didn't even let me finish telling him my symptoms. He was not what I would call a "personable" doctor. Hopefully someone else has a better experience than I did. Appreciate him being honest and upfront but he could've been maybe a bit more down to earth.

Finally a doctor who cares!!! Went from doctor to doctor symptoms only got worst until I found Dr. Greenspan. He addressed the root of the issue and genuinely cared about me feeling better. Nobody better!

I think the title says it. He did address my concerns but dismissed a concern about a medication he had prescribed when I brought it up. He seemed rushed through the appointment and not interested in talking any longer than needed. I had some tests done which came back good. but again, he was in a hurry and seemed cold and brash. I expected more from an experienced doc with an association with Jefferson.

Been to over 15 GI for my disease and finally I have found a dr who not only understands my disease BUT also understands how tough it is to live with it!!! Stayed and answered all my questions, thank you Doc

Dr Greenspan is one of the most caring Drs i have ever been to. I feel like I and my family are not a number to him and he actually cares about my well being. Always has enough time and never feel rushed.. as someone who sees many doctors wish more were like dr Greenspan. most i see act more like robot machines than caring physicians. T
