Dr. Jeffrey Mark Grossman, MD

New to town, I visited Dr. Grossman for an initial consultation on a shoulder issue. After his nurse did my vitals, he gave a thorough external exam, telling me that each peek or prod was OK, my heart sounded good, etc. He took my blood pressure a second time, after his nurse had taken it and gotten a good reading; he wanted to see for himself. He also did a thorough review of my medications and supplements (good and bad side effects), provided two Rx renewals, asked if I needed a referral for anything else, and named the closest lab where my insurance would pay for a blood panel. As for the shoulder, he asked questions and had me perform a few motions, then recommended seeing a specialist, as it was beyond the scope of an internist M.D.

I was his first AM appointment and he was 30 minutes late. Office doesn't have email capability.

I have been Dr. Grossman's patient for over 20 years. I appreciate his care and concern for my health. He takes a conservative approach and listens. I contribute my good health today to his proactive advice. If you want someone who won't let you off the hook for taking care of yourself, eating right and exercising he's the right one for you. He spends a lot of time with his patients thus usually running behind. But that's ok because I know he will spend the same time with me.

Dr. Grossman has been my Dr. for 20 years. I do have a lot of chronic serious medical problems. He has managed my health care with professionalism, care and concern. He has always explained everything to me.Spent as much time as needed and been a good dr. and encourages me to do what I need to do. I love him as my dr.

the office as well as him are rude in for the money and not help patients ill no way to reach for emergency on weekend needs the board to review him as a doctor and just as a person staff heard talking about the other patients

I normally don't leave reviews, but I saw that it looked like Dr Grossman was getting a rather raw take of it online while looking up his phone number. I have been a patient for two years and while I haven't had any major health problems during that time I've found Dr Grossman to be very personable and not had any bad experiences the way that a few reviewers had mentioned. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member. In regards to the "New Patient" who did you expect to see walking in looking like a doctor at the office where there is only one name on the door? It seems like you had a bad attitude and if I was the doctor, I'd have wanted to avoid a headache like you if I could see the writing on the wall. I've never had a problem with him mumbling and generally a doctor looks at the paperwork you just filled out to see what is in your history before just taking a shot in the dark at what is wrong with you. As long as Grossman is practicing and I live in the area I… will likely be a patient of his, and I think that says it all.

Dr. Grossman is very calm and patient. He answers all your questions and offers suggestions without rushing.He is very professional.

My experiences with Dr. Grossman have been excellent. He takes the time to explain his diagnoses in great detail...drawing charts and diagrams as needed. I think that some may find his "lack of chattiness" to be somewhat off-putting, however I prefer it.
