My entire upper teeth were replaced with new crowns, which were to meet the existing bite of the lower jaw. The end result was less than 50% of my teeth actually made contact ,along with creating an extreme overjet (over-bite) problem. The color and shape of the new crowns were not as approved and expected. Correcting this issue was not an option given and of course they required, the total payment up front, leaving no recourse for reimbursement or replacement. This was the worse experience in my life with going to the dentist!!
