I have never had such a terrible experience with a doctor. I have POTS, a common cardiological disorder. I waited a month for my appointment which I was absolutely desperate for, as my health has been declining daily! As he walked in, he asked me what was going on, so I started with "12 years ago I was diagnosed with POTS" and he immediately cut me off saying "Let me stop you there. I don't work with POTS. I don't know anything about it, I don't treat it, and I can't help you at all." I asked if we could at least discuss my medication dosages, and he said "No, I don't know anything about POTS medications. I'm too busy with cardiology patients to work with POTS." Mind you, POTS is a common CARDIOLOGICAL disorder! He acted like he is too important to waste his time on such a trivial thing, and meanwhile I'm fainting at least once a day and need to talk to a doctor about how to relieve my debilitating symptoms! I have dealt with to about a dozen cardiologists over the last 12 years, and… I've literally never heard of a cardiologist refusing to work with POTS!! He gave me two sheets of paper that he'd printed out as "referrals" (not actually referring me, but telling me I could call them and hopefully they won't have months long waiting lists... and the closest one is 2 hours away, the other 5 hours! I asked about other cardiologists in town, and he didn't know because "I don't have time to keep up with what other doctors practice") His staff seem nice and his receptionist Jane was absolutely wonderful when I called the next day! But his dismissal, lack of respect, and ignorance is absolutely appalling!!! If you need a cardiologist, call ANYBODY else!!! This doctor is unacceptably horrible!!!

Terrible experience. Doesn't listen, talks over you, rushes the visit but still bills for the full 45 minutes. Writes inaccurate reviews and orders unnecessary tests. Lots of bad reviews if you search. I wish I would have researched him more.

It went awful. He pretty much blew me off told me that both the professionals one a doctor and dizziness specialist that they are wrong I don’t have POTs. “Diagnosed” me with something that is NOT what I am dealing with. I felt like he didn’t read my chart. Then proceeded to tell me my heart is fine and I need an echo. I was in an out in 10 minutes. I will not be going back. I did get diagnosed with POTs and will be going to a different cardiologist that will help me.
