Dr. Jeffrey Justin Harris

Our family have been seeing Dr. Harris since 2016! He and his staff are amazing! The professionalism and integrity of this office is outstanding! Honestly, I fear the dentist chair, but Dr. Harris and his staff always provide me with excellent care and respect my needs! Thank you to Dr. Harris and his entire staff for a job well done, your dedication is truly appreciated!

Always great service at Premier Dental -- from check-in to cleaning to exam to payment, they have a great customer care system in place. Dr Harris is personable and professional.

Front office staff leaves a lot to be improved upon. Multiple issues with billing and insurance coordination. Office requesting payment and sending patient account to collections before insurance payment and adjustments made. Office tried to bill patient the remainder of balance after insurance adjustments and payments made. Multiple calls to office and insurance company to finally resolve billing. Biggest issue is front office lack of communication between patient and dentist regarding issue with abscess. After multiple calls to office and front office staff disregarding patient. Issue resulted with patient having to go to ER for IV antibiotics and pain medication. Thus leaving patient with $300 copay to er that could have been prevented if office staff had been more proactive in patient concern and communicated to dentist appropriately. Back of office is AMAZING. The hygienists and dentists are the only reason I have continued to come to this office and recommend to family and… friends.

I love the hygienist and my dentist. She (the hygienist) is very nice and is easy to talk to while doing the cleaning. She always pays attention to what you are saying and asks questions to make sure your ok. Dr. Harris is awesome, he likes to make conversations with you before and while he looks at your teeth and gums. He definitely makes it easier to want to get it done. He likes to laugh and make you laugh at that. I'll definitely continue to do my visits with them, I enjoy being there while I'm there. No regrets! No bad experienced!!!!

This office is great! Whether you are speaking with office staff, your dental hygienist or dentist expect to be treated with respect! Everyone is polite, cares about our needs, relieves dental anxiety and just overall makes our dental visit enjoyable! This office is great!

I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentists, honestly. Some have refused to respect my wish to keep x-rays at a minimum. Another tried to pressure me to replace all of my fillings simply because my insurance would cover the procedures. Still another had a sadistic hygienist who clearly hated either me or her job, or both. This whole office has been a godsend. Dr. Harris takes a careful but conservative approach to dentistry. Everyone Iâ??ve met at this office is respectful of my wishes and my comfort. The staff is amazing. They are all so professional that I trust them completely and so pleasant that I enjoy them immensely. There is no waiting time. They explain everything ahead and are accommodating in pretty much every way. I haven't had any problems with billing, either. Everything is simply first-rate. This is what medicine should be. I am so, so happy I found them.
