Took my kiddos in for an exam and he quoted 18K for two kids. 18K!!! Others are quoting half that!!!!

Incompetent and phony. Cares only about money (making it and catering only to those patients he believes are "well connected". Spends almost no time with patients (except those who are "well connected") and doesn't listen at all.

The friend who referred me to this Orthodontist is officially fired from further recommendations. Office is state of the art in 3 locations, none near me but I knew that going in. Setting appointments can be challenging due to the variety of offices that are only staffed on certain days. One particular Dental Tech has on one occasion cut the brace wire too short, proceeded to tug and yank at it in an attempt to make it fit until my daughter was crying from the pain. Only then did she give up and cut another piece. Another time, the same tech dropped an item on the floor, picked it up, then did updates at the computer and came back and put those same gloved hands back in my daughters mouth. Additionally, she is the only one who consistently draws blood while flossing. Today, we arrived 15 min late. Understandable that even with a 50 min drive to the location printed on the appointment card, and an additional 20 min drive to the open location we would be canceled. My issue is that we… signed in, waited 40 min to be told that we would have to reschedule. "We can do SOMEthing today, but not what was scheduled." No. I don't need to waste more of my time while you attempt to placate me after 40 minutes after we could have been on our way. "By the way, why are you here when another location is closer to your home?" A) How do you know which location is closer to my home? B) Why is it your business which location I choose? I really wish the insurance fairy would come and release me from this fully paid contract. I would certainly opt for an Orthodontist with better staff.
