Doctor was very thorough. Nurse was very rude. So it's 50/50.

Awesome, Great Care, Definition of a Dr you can count on

You will leave Dr. Hendersonâ??s office knowing a lot more than when you arrived. If your child is sick, going in for a well-visit, or has a serious issue he is always thorough and knowledgeable. Any question I have always gets answered. I had to take my child to another doctor one day while he was on vacation and thatâ??s when I knew how great Dr. Henderson really was. I know the doctor who I went to (outside of A+Pediatrics) didnâ??t know my childâ??s exact medical history and everything that was going on but it just wasnâ??t the same type of in-depth questions, answers, and information. I would recommend, and I have, Dr. Henderson to anyone with a child of any age. The staff at his office are also really helpful and nice. Whenever I have a question and call his nurse I almost always get a call back from him the same day â?? unless I call really late in the afternoon but even when I do that he has still called same day or first thing the next day if the issue wasnâ??t urgent.… Iâ??ve been taking my children to him for 3 years and Iâ??ve never had an issue with making an appointment or getting a time that fit my schedule either. Also, since I've been taking my kids there the staff and nurses haven't changed which I like because it helps my kids to see a somewhat familiar face. I can say, We are going to see Nikki first, and then Dr. Henderson... and my kids know what to expect and who they will see.
