All these other people are on crack, Dr.Herman is the MAN! Best MD in the state(Not being sarcastic)

I wish I was able to provide a review for Dr. Jeffrey Herman but unfortunately I didn't even get a chance to see the doctor because the ladies sitting in the front desk were so rude and inconsiderate that they didn't even let us see the doctor for my kids. It seems that they don't want to do any work and hence try to discourage any new patients. In order to establish my two kids (8 years old) as new patients I was given an appointment date for 1 month in future as if they are so busy (when I visited there were only 2 people sitting in the entire waiting room). The appointment I was given was for 12:30 pm and when I arrived promptly I was told that I should have come at 12:15 pm because I had to fill paperwork. Well then you should have told me earlier!!! They insisted that I reschedule the appointment for some other day. Really???? For being on time???? When I tried to explain that I had to take time off from work and then had to pull the kids out of school ( as they don't have… appointments later than 3 pm any day), the ladies sitting on the front desk didn't care at all. They just sat there with their hands crossed. I haven't seen such rudeness anywhere. I am not sure what kind of doctor is Dr. Herman but I can definitely say that his decision in keeping such rude ladies on the front desk is ruining his reputation/business. Hope you have a better luck in getting past the front desk.

Moms, Dads, Parents... PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! my son was a bit behind in vaccinations because of him being sick..WELLL.. dr Herman, yes DR HERMAN.. this SO CALLED WONDERFUL doctor knew my concerns about splitting up vaccinations, was aware he was sick... The very rude staff called me and told me that if he did not get his MMR (measles’s, mumps, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox) , prevnar and Hib shots IN ONE VISIT THAT I COULD NOT GO BACK TO THEIR FACILITY.. thank you to another wonderful pediatrician I found he is in good hands now. Oh! AND! DONT EXPECT A PHONE-CALL BACK FROM THE DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN ABOUT YOUR CHILD ABOUT VACCINATIONS- BECAUSE YOU WONT GET ONE!!! Only a call back from the middleman (aka - rude staff members)

This place is horrible. The staff is ignorant and the office manager has no manners at all on how to deal with the patients, very rude ! They send false billings to their patients and provide inaccurate data to insurance for processing of insurance claims (i know a few people who went thru the same roller coaster). The nursing staff shows quite a bit of reluctance on handling the patients. The doctors are average, especially Dr. Herman lacks accuracy in correct diagnosis that eventually leads to incorrect insurance processing. This place is run like a business, its definitely not a medical services provider. I would give it a negative star if there exists one. Please don't expose your child and yourself to a bunch of unprofessionals.

The office/billing staff are horrible, they will send you to collections for 16 cents. Dr. Herman and the other Dr.'s in the office are mediocre.
