Meet the Doctor
Dr. Jeff is a specialist in the field of pediatric dentistry and has provided high quality dental care to children since 2001.  Dr. Jeff was born in the small town of Bluffton in northeastern Indiana.  After receiving his Degree in Biology from Wabash College in 1995, Dr. Jeff attended Indiana University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1999. 
Dr. Jeff received the Charles M. Kem Award for Clinical Excellence–an award that recognizes the dental student who provided the best patient services at the dental school clinic.  He then went on to complete his Pediatric Dentistry residency in 2001 at the prestigious Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago , Illinois , serving as Chief Resident.  Following his training, Dr Jeff moved to Evansville to work with Dr. Richard Seib until Dr. Seib’s retirement in 2003.  
Dr. Jeff constantly strives for clinical excellence and desires to improve his delivery of care and his love …of dentistry.  He continually incorporates the latest technology and scientific advancements into preventative and restorative dental care for his patients.  He maintains a staff appointment at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville .  Dr. Jeff attends numerous local and national dental conferences on current topics and advances in field of Pediatric Dentistry.  He also visits local schools yearly to educate children on proper oral hygiene, diet, and anatomy.  In addition, Dr. Jeff participates in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Indiana Society of Pediatric Dentists, American Dental Association, First District Dental Society, and Southwestern Indiana Oral Health Foundation.
On a personal note, Dr. Jeff is married to Emily Hiester.  They have three children– Jackson, Lilly, and Brody.  Dr. Jeff enjoys spending the majority of his free time with his family and their various activities and school functions.  He also enjoys exercising, playing basketball, boating, and cheering on his beloved Indiana Hoosiers basketball team.

I feel truly blessed to have been able to fulfill my lifelong dream of making a difference in the lives of children on a daily basis.  I constantly strive to maintain a high standard of care for my patients and my intent is that all professional care delivered at my office will be of the best possible quality my staff and I can provide for each patient. I try to obtain cooperation from children by the use of humor, friendliness, persuasion, gentleness, silliness, kindness, and understanding.
