Will charge your insurance for uneccessary procedures, even if you do Not need them. It happen to me twice. Next two dentists said I did Not have the condition that Dr. Hill's Staff said that I did. I went through all this pain for Nothing. The straw that broke the camels back afyer 4 years of faithful service was when I gave them 22 not 24 hours adavnce notice to cancel my scheduled appointment. I understand why they ahve the policy, but when through no fault of my own the garage door srping breaks and you cannot get out of the garage, you are sortive stuck. They did Not care! They were going to collect regardless of what happen. This practice cares more about collecting then from providing Excellent Coustomer Service. If they are running late too way, you have to wait. Vice Verse happens and your time is worth nothing. Do yourself and your mouth a favor and Avoid this dental practice at all cost. You have been warned.
