Front office is terrible and not helpful. The nurses that fill in are worthless. Worst office I've ever been to

Don't ever upset the front office staff because once you have upset the office staff, you won't get anything done correctly from that point forward. They are very revengeful. You will get the wrong prescriptions phoned in or not phoned in at all. They won't be able to get the fax to go through anywhere you need something faxed to. You will be told you need to pick it up and mail it yourself. You will have to make multiple trips to the office to pick up a simple signature on a form. They will make sure you don't want to stay with Dr. Hiltz because you upset them. They play immature games and should be ashamed of themselves for taking out their frustration by giving sick people a hard time.
