Dr. Himler attended the American Dental Association's Annual Scientific Session for several Continuing Education Courses the week of October 10 - 14.

Dr. Himler and the office staff attended the Ohio Dental Association's Annual Conference for Continuing Education, September 15 - 18.
On August 24, 2011, Dr. Himler and the dental staff recertified in Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (CPR). This certification is provided through the American Heart Association.
Dr. Himler was out of the office June 24 thru July10. He traveled with Boy Scout Troop 355, to the Philmont Scout Reservation in New Mexico for a High Adventure Backpacking Expedition. The Troop backpacked over 85 miles at elevations ranging from 5,000 ft to nearly 13,000 ft.
Dr. Himler attended the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD)Â Annual Meeting in Boston, May 17 thru May 22, 2011.

In February, 2011, the office staff attended the Chicago MidWinter Dental Meeting for Continuing Education. We also had some great Chicago style pizza.
On July 10, 2010, Dr. Himler was awarded "Mastership" in the Academy of General Dentistry, at a convocation ceremony at the annual session of the Academy of General Dentistry. He joins 2,617 dentists to have earned the Mastership Award in the 58 year history of the Academy.  As a comparison, there are currently over 157,000 dentists in the United States. Additional information on the Academy of General Dentistry and the Mastership Award are available at www.agd.org.
