Dr. Hodgden is a great Dr. and we loved having him as our Dr. but trying to get an appointment is horrible. We have a baby boy and when he would get sick I would call and try to get an appointment but there was nothing available for 2 to 3 weeks so we would have to go to Access and spend the extra money for an appointment. Also, they refuse to call in a perscription without having you to come in for an appointment, which you can't get for 2 to 3 weeks. If he wants you to do a follow up appointment maybe a month or two away they won't schedule it and want you to call them back and schedule it closer. Also, my wife has been trying to call all day today to make an appt. but the phones just keep ringing!! It would be a great place if they would just work out their front office system to get appointments squared away. We just changed Dr. today and are leaving because of these issues.
