Dr. Jeffrey Stephen Hoffman, MD

Dr. Hoffman and his staff were professional, warm, and on-time. My questions were answered directly and attentively. I felt quite comfortable in his office and will write a second review following my colonoscopy.

Great bedside manners; very sincere and upfront with diagnosis!

I am a lady and Dr Hoffman has always been respectfull and he never rushes you through an appointment..Thank a lot of people that didn't like him are very arrogant people and their isn't any Dr that can't can't find some fault with. You don't always need a follow up appointment if he hasn't found anything wrong with you. I had a colonoscopy 4 years ago that I didn't want to be sedated. He was very gentle and kept telling me he could give me something for pain. Since he didn't find anything, I didn't need a follow up appointment. There are Dr's out there that shouldn't see arrogant people. I go to another Dr that will not put up with those type of people and he's the best in his field. I went . I give Dr Hoffman 5 stars. By the way I have been in many Dr office that have received cell phone calls, some are from other Dr's and some may be emergencies that he has to go to the hospital. That info he would not give to you, this is to the person that said he received personal calls.… Hope you found another Dr that you liked.

I met Dr. Hoffman in the hospital and went to him for follow up visits. He is highly professional and respectful to everyone. As a woman, I appreciate the time well spent going to him. I feel he has my best interest at heart, and cares for his patients. I don't believe I could be in better hands.

I met Dr. Hoffman in the hospital when suffering from a horrible case of pancreatitis. At the time, I thought he was bit aloof and and not forthcoming with enough information. After my discharge, I decided to give him another try for my follow-ups. For the past two years he has been nothing but outstanding. He spends time with me, answers all of my questions and has kept me healthy. I have never found him to be anything but professional. Appointments are easy to get and he is almost always on time. In reading the other reviews, I cannot believe we are talking about the same physician. I would recommend Dr. Hoffman to anybody. His personality is quiet and unassuming, but his care has been outstanding. As far as I am concerned he saved my life and improved the quality of living with a debilitating, chronic and painful disease.

The Doctor took a long personal call on his cell phone DURING the appointment. Then when asked a further question regarding the physical reason for the visit, (approx) 15 min.s into the appt.) the doctor proclaimed that patient would have to reschedule for another appointment for the answer and time spent for that question. HORRIBLE! Patient age: In their 70's

Takes personal cell calls during appts, Then terminates appt. And says can't answer patient question because time is finished.OMG!

I was deathly sick, hospitalized, and not getting better. No other doctor could figure out what was wrong with me.Dr. Hoffman's diagnosis of lysteria was compassionate and accurate-I recommend him highly to everyone

The review Facetime is right on. Dr. Hoffman was difficult to get an appointment with because he isn't interested in his patients and the reason I believe is he believes he is better than they are. He is condescending, aggorant and very aloof. He is not interested in you as a patient and I rather believe the ones who gave him good reviews are men not women. If you are a woman you will not get any respect from him.

Patients spend more time with his assistant than with him. Very aloof. Not interested in the overall patient's health. Poor communicator
