Dr Jeffrey Holmes

Can someone please tell me where hi is practicing now? I heard he is not at the Core anymore and I want him to do my surgery. Any info would help. thanks

Dr. Holmes is a top notch surgeon I had 3 major surgeries on my foot and he did the final one and fully corrected it.. not only do I feel like I can run but 4 incisions and not one scar is seen. Love this guy!!!
