Such a sweet doctor, and sincerely cares about helping!

The Office Manager, Karen, is very forgetful. You can hand her a typed letter of the prescriptions you need to fill, and she will space it, totally. She's also called in the wrong prescription dosage to the local pharmacy. She forgets that she has information in my file like the pharmacy I go to, and makes silly calls to me asking for information I told her the day before. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen - The doctor is good, the staff makes him horrible!

Rushed in and out of the office, he was rather brisk with me- didn't feel I should have to give the nurse all the information about why I was there - heard by chart being picked up and then put back in the door while I waited an additional 20 minutes in office. Office charges have gone up since he built new office.

My wife and I drive 50 miles round-trip to see Dr. Hopkin. He is warm, caring, thoughtful and willing to spend a great deal of time with us. That is probably what costs him in his rating for Waiting time during a visit. His diagnosis are usually spot on.
