I met Dr. Hoy 2 years ago when I was sent to him via my doctor due to major bruising all over the body. His office got me in ASAP and when I got there I thought I would be sitting there all day. However, they got me in there and out of there within a good time frame. He was very understanding and explained all that needed to be explained.

I will not go back to doctor Hoy's office or recommend him to my worst enemy. First of all, I went in - knowing exactly what was wrong - blood results in hand - just needing him to schedule an iron infusion. I got charged a co pay from the hospital (ER co-pay) and and specialist co pay - for a scheduled office visit. Tried calling billing department that is there only once a week and left message for billing manager that informed me that they will charge highest rates they can possibly recover - higher rates for private insurance than medicare - which is RIDICULOUS!!!! Very hard to deal with. Had to pay ANOTHER co-pay for my iron infusion when I did not even see the doctor nor did he come check on me for the six to seven hours I was there. Charged $600 for that!!! Very disappointing and horrible billing manager that is actually his wife. They will NEVER see me again unless it is in court.....
