Dr. Jeffrey W Hubbard, DDS

This place is the absolute worst and will scam you of your money. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I am a healthy 30 year old, new to Dallas and in need of a new dentist. I went here for a routine cleaning and was told I had severe gum disease, my insurance would not cover the cleaning and I was handed a bill for over 700 dollars. Being a nurse in the medical field I was completely appalled. I left the office immediately and called my insurance to file a report. I took a pto day and flew back to previous dentist who said my teeth were in perfect form and health. He told me this office needs to be reported immediately. I am in shock this place is still in business.

Dr. Hubbard is an extremely talented Dentist with the latest techniques. His office, and staff, are very professional, warm, and friendly. Singularly the best Dentist I have ever had the 'pleasure' of seeing for annual check ups and any additional work needed.

Not very pleased with Dr. Hubbard. I had to find a new dentist and spend thousands of dollars to fix all the work he did on me.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. He is extremely overpriced (I paid over $1000 out of pocket for a crown WITH insurance) and he used up all of my dental benefits even though I have great insurance. Last year, I got 3 crowns from another dentist and never paid this much or had my benefits used up. I had to return to Dr. Hubbard several times because of various issues including my permanent crown coming off. They also refused to clean my teeth and said I needed some special cleaning procedure that was going to cost hundreds of dollars. It's crazy they had rather you leave without getting your teeth cleaned at all than give you the basic (free) cleaning that is covered by insurance. I am thoroughly disgusted with this dentist.
