Office staff is an unorganized rude mess. Took 7 months to book my yearly exam and once i was there the front girls were rude and short with me after i had to wait an hour to be seen by the doctor for five minutes. They have no patience regarding questions. Seems like the office is more interested in making money from as many patients as pissible than adequately tending to the ones theyve had for years. Will not he returning.

The office staff is rude and short. Front desk seems to be an unorganized mess. They dont have much patience when youre asking questions about your appointments or procedures. The wait time to be seen was over an hour and thats after i waited 7 months to be seen for my just my yearly exam. This office seems to be interested in having as many patients as ppssible rather than adequately caring for the ones they already do have. Will not be returning.

Dr Hudson has cared for my wife, son and I for about 10 years. He is excellent and we appreciate his professionalism, experience and care.

Well I just hung up on the rude office person demanding my credit card over the phone BEFORE they would even schedule to get my skin tags removed. The one tag on my eye was covered by insurance the other for $115.00 was not. I informed the lady I was NOT giving out my CC over the phone, but would gladly pay the $115.00 before the procedure. She said other people do all the time and it was COMPANY POLICY. Look I understand some people are con-artist and doctors have rules to protect their practice from these thieves. That’s SURELY NOT ME. My rule (common sense) is never give out your cc over the phone. This doctor lost me as a patient today because they wanted payment over the phone before even scheduling the procedure?? Buyer beware of this GREEDY doctor because he will LUMP you in with the other folks gaming the system. Just rubbed me the wrong way this morning. I just contacted a new doctor and will have the procedure done Feb 18th.

He preformed double cataract surgery, I now have 2020 vision, I would highly recommend him.

I paid before surgery and have been criticized by United Health for do so. I am trying to collect for monies spent for before surgery medication and Dr. HudsonTechinician will not sign a paper that I can get my money back. Dr Hudson is a wonderful Doctor but the staff needs to be for the patient instead of arguing that they know it all.

Dr. Hudson treated our needs totally. We are very pleased with his professionalism, and gifted talents.
