I REALLY LOVED HOW HIS BEDSIDE MANNER IS PLUS HE REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO TALK TO ME ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. HELPED ME GETSET UP WITH SOME PROGRAMS TO HELP ME OUT. ONLY BAD THIS IS I CANT NOT FIND HIS OFFICE TO BECOME A NEW PAITENT. HE HAD HELPED ME MORE IN 1 ER VISIT THEN MY DR HAD IN THE PAST 3 YARS.

After agreeing to a price ($750) for a course of treatment for a specified area of laser hair removal and indeterminate number of treatments to achieve a satisfactory result, I was informed, after my treatment had begun and I had sustained multiple burns to my face on more than one occasion, with some permanent scarring that, he(Dr Hutchins) was no longer doing laser treatments. I explained that I had paid in full before treatment began and still had not achieved satisfactory results. I got two more treatments and then nothing more. After a consultation to review my case and to see the vast quantity of remaining hair, half of my original payment was refunded and subsequent to that I was informed by post that he ( Dr Hutchins wished to sever our Dr/patient relationship. In my opinion, this is neither professional or ethical treatment.
