Dr. Jeffrey Michael Ilardi, MD

Extremely knowledgeable. Answers my call any time day or night. Goes out of his way to meet me when I’m super busy. His knowledge of pharmacology is outstanding. Nice compassionate and easy to talk to. Don’t buy the negative reviews. I’ve seen a lot of psychiatrists for intractable insomnia, Dr Ilardi stuck with me until we found what works and my life’s better off for meeting him.

Quality medical care with a outstanding personality. Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I highly recommend becoming his patient! I become more impressed with ever visit.

Can't believe that this doctor has any bedside manner considering he'd openly racist in a public area. If he can't even be a decent human in public, how can he be a decent doctor.

I had a great visit with Dr. Ilardi. He was very patient with me and very understanding. He took his time to listen to me and I felt extremely comfortable with him. I highly recommend him!

VERY PROFESSIONAL, TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ONES NEEDS

I was transferred to Dr. Illardi from behavior health on church street when their active nurse practitioner resigned. He was very courteous, listened to my circumstances and maintained my care for at least three years that I recall. I was recently contacted by Newton hospital that he was no longer with them and has rescheduled me with another doctor. My follow up appointments with Dr. Illardi were typically brief (<15 minutes) and were 4-6 months apart. I can't say anything bad about him or Newton medical regarding my care as they always responded to me in a timely way and aside from the initial transition was always quick and courteous.

I was cancelled on twice in a week with out the staff notifying me until I showed up for the appointments. I made it very clear to them that I need to see him, due to the fact that I had left an in-patient hospital program and needed my medication refilled since I had to wait two months to see him... So after waiting two months and two cancelled appointments, he saw me for a total of about TEN MINUTES. Seriously? And he didn't take my history, a woman with Atlantic Behavioral Health did it, so he had it laying out in front of him and he still didn't know my medication history, diagnoses, etc. Not to mention, he then told me just come back and TWO MORE MONTHS and see what the small increase he made is doing. I know how this med works (I've taken it before) and that increase was ineffective. All and all my point is, Dr. Ilardi is NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY OR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANIES MONEY. I was charged around $880 for that ten minute visit. No thanks.

II found Dr.Ilardi in phone book. Was told his initial visit was $500 for a review of history. Went to see him, he spent 14 minutes with me, and was very happy to take my money. Then he gave me a prescription for a drug that gave horrible results, lack of feeling in extremities, dizziness, uncoordination, and on and on. My spouse also paid $500 to him for a 15 minute review and was given the same meds. He never took into account what we were already on or my spouses severe alcoholism. My spouse also had the same reactions, only with the neuropathy in their legs, the meds just made it worse and we had many many falls, (8 times g\to er in 10 months) plus many more. Called Dr. Ilardi and his phone had been disconnected. My spouse finally fell so badly down a 1/2 flight of stairs and landed on a tile floor splitting his head open.. The accident eventually lead to death within 24 house. Therefore, I have very bad feelings towards Dr. Ilardi, and wouldn't send my worst enemy to… him. He had no follow up on a strong drug, and was unavailable. Now I'm left with no spouse, no home, no family,. I feel that since this was a fairly new drug on the market that he got a sizeable stipend for prescrition. Not a happy camper with him, actually very bitter at his unprofessional behavior and his fees. Look further for a doctor.

Dr. Ilardi is great, always helpful, knowledgable and professional.

He is the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional doctor I have evry seen and that goes for any field/specialty. He is also very handsome.
