Great friendly guy. Be prepared to talk a lot when you’re in his office!

My name is Alex and the first time I was recommended to Dr.Jacobson was because I thought I was a chief and while I was slicing and dicing onions I completely lacerated my extender tendon in my left thumb. Dr.Jacobson repaired that back to normal when I could’ve lost all movement in my thumb. The second time I saw Dr.Jacobson I was in an altercation and I (allegedly) lol! Punched a guy in his tooth and the tooth punctured my tendon and joint in my right ring finger and the bacteria from the persons mouth caused a severe infection where I could’ve lost my right hand but once again Dr.Jacobson repaired that back to normal. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Dr.Jacobson to anyone who injured their hands. To me he is the best hand surgeon alive. Thank you Dr.Jacobson.

Dr Jacobson is truly a fantastic doctor and I can not say enough great things about him. He was always thorough with examination and treatment. Also, he is extremely knowledgeable and informative - always taking the time to walk me through the details so I felt comfortable and understood what was happening and the next steps. He has always started with the approach to avoid surgery unless it is absolutely needed. Had I needed surgery, I know I would be in great hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would go back to him if I ever needed to.

If I can give this man lower then one star I would....Jeffery Jacobson has to be one of the worst drs I’ve ever seen. The wait is about 2 and a half hours for him to give you no information that is helpful and be rude. He does not care for his patients well being he just wants his money. On the follow up appointment he had the nerve to tell me I was 15 minutes late which was due to traffic and that he wouldn’t talk to me for long, meanwhile before he saw me that day he kept me in one of the rooms for an hour in a half while I can hear him laughing talking to co workers. If you ask him a question his response is ignorant and sarcastic. He is a very nasty person. I never wrote a bad review on someone in my life but he deserves one, not a likable person and not a good Dr. Don’t waste your time

My family member went to Dr. Jeffrey Jacobson for trigger finger procedure on both hands. The administrative staff was completely rude and unaccommodating. There has been quite a few issues with this office. The first procedure he did, they scheduled my family member for one of their locations, confirmed the appointment and all. When he showed up to that location, they told him it was at their other location, which he could not attend due to work. They then proceeded to blame him and say it was his fault, mainly so they could cover their butts, and as someone who works in a doctor’s office, is completely unprofessional to do. When my family member tried to explain and asked to speak to the doctor, all the doctor did was mail him a letter, he did not even call him. Another time, he waited for an appointment, which he was on time for, for over an hour. He had to leave to go to work and they kept telling him he couldn’t leave. They then proceeded to make him call and reschedule… and told him that HE was rude (which he probably was, but who wouldn’t be after waiting an hour to NOT be seen). Then for another procedure, about a week ahead of time, the office called and said they needed to change the day of his procedure because the doctor had a foreseen emergency on that day. He was very accommodating and agreed to change the appointment day. However, when it came down to accommodating the time he needed, since the procedure was now on a new date, they refused to accommodate him. The administrative staff was very rude, told him that he should be more accommodating and change his other already scheduled doctor appointment. The lack of professionalism and respect for patients is unacceptable. I would recommend finding another doctor office. But the one good thing he can say is the man is a good surgeon and the surgeries have gone well.

I had surgery and everything went as it was explained to me. I am no post op and waiting for my final appointment. Dr. Jacobson was very generous with his time in explaining options as well as procedure. I was so impressed I have already recommended someone else to him

Dr. Jacobson was great. He listened to me and really cared about getting me better. I loved that he gave me input when he was making his records to make sure everything was right. It made me feel like he cared about what I had to say. His staff is very nice too. Excellent doctor.

This doctor talks down to you and is arrogant . He spent most of the time dictating his notes in our prescence . He was extremely rude .

Great clinical skills, friendly personality, and a beautiful office space make Dr Jacobson a winner!

Dr. Jacobson and his whole office staff were wonderful to me. My surgery went very well and recovery was easy. He spent plenty of time with me and had very nice, friendly bedside manner. Really nice guy. No negatives.
