Dr. Jeffrey Scott Kaplan, MD

Kaplan has absolutely no bedside manners for a pediatrician he has no patience with kids he literally would press my one year olds head against the checkup bed against her will not even trying to get her to cooperate by being pleasant he just chose to use force until he scratched her face... Also has such a snarky condescending attitude you can't have any questions about your children's health or he looks at you like you are ignorant and don't know a thing. I don't know about his way of thinking but I am my kids best health advocate.. My kids are not going there ever again!

Do not visit Dr. Kaplan he is a crook. Fraudulent charges against insurance. He is extremely rude as well along with his staff. This man should not have a license to practice medicine.

Dr. Kaplan and his staff are very unprofessional. He seemed very unorganized and talked down to me. When I explained to him for the second time what was going on he apologized and said, "I haven't entered my notes from last visit yet!" Today when I went to his office was no different....very unprofessional and very insensitive!! We will NEVER step foot in that office again!

Dr is very rude. Talks down to the parents and snaps at you if you are trying to help. My little one is terrified of him. He makes no effort in trying to calm my child.

First his office receptionist is a total jerk. She was short and had no real knowledge of how to work with insurance. It took forever to get back the room. The nurse totally upset my daughter who was terrified. The room was blank and scary looking. The doctor took forever to come in and when he finally did he dismissed my concerns. He said he would put in a referral for her to see a neurologist. I haven't heard from a specialist but I did get the statement from my insurance company. He billed for 5 separate things totally 700$ that he didn't even do! It was supposed to just be a well baby check up. My daughter was so scared though that they couldn't even listen to her heart and look in her ears. So I am not sure how they think they can bill 700$ for something they didn't do. Dr. Kaplan is a crook DO NOT go see him.

I was very disappointed with the service that Dr. Kaplan provided for my child. We were the only patients in the office and it took over an hour and a half for a checkup which is very inconvenient when I have other kids to care for as well. I've never had to wait that long for a well exam even when offices were full of patients. He was very unprofessional at the bedside insisting I give my child extra fluoride treatments (6 total for the year to be exact) so that "everyone gets paid", verbally putting down our immunization schedule that our former pediatrician was completely supportive of and Dr. Kaplan was incredibly rude in his argument against it, and always pushing extra immunizations and treatments. I felt like he was in it for the money annot the well being of my child and was very rude and inconvenient when he found out we were switching doctors. I gladly switched my son to someone else and will not look back. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

This doc is the best he has been my kids doc for almost 5 yrs now and he is very easy to talk to and amazing with kids if your looking for a good doc for your kids this is the one : )

I was so happy that the Dr was able to see my sick daughter today when I called in. I didn't even have to make an appointment at all. That is a big plus for me since she woke up sick and I didn't have to wait days to see the Dr.
