Dr. Jeffrey Raymond Karon, MD

Didn't have a visit, but any doctor who doesn't accept Medicare patients, putting the most vulnerable patients at risk during extremely difficult times, should be ashamed. Medicine only for the rich, don't want to cut my fees a bit to make health care affordable for all. Again, shame.

I saw Dr. Karon at Sutter and although he struck me as a kindly older doctor with probably extensive experience, he displayed what I took to be cognitive problems. He seemed extra slow and a bit confused in following my comments/requests and filling out paperwork. I am thinking that perhaps the poor fellow needs to keep working for some reason...I don't know. I don't want to trash him too much, but IMO wasn't of the caliber to deal with my complex issues.

Arrived more than 20 minutes late to the appointment. Did not give me much confidence in his abilities or his hygiene by arriving with stains on his shirt. Wasn't able to address my concerns other than telling me to see another doctor. I don't know why I paid money to see this man and I have no idea why he is still employed as a doctor.

Went above and beyond to accommodate my medical condition exacerbated by my anxiety. Took time at the end of the appointment to share a personal connection to my condition
