Dr. Kim is an excellent doctor. I had a very easy colonoscopy and he has done hemorrhoid banding for me. All went well. I was very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his staff.

My first visit was canceled. I had to sit on hold for 13 minutes with the LOUDEST music I've ever heard to find out why and to reschedule. Except that when the phone was finally answered, a lady put me on hold again, then took my name more than one time, put me on hold again, and THEN told me Dr. Kim had a meeting that day and I had to reschedule. When I DARED to complain about not even apologizing for the inconvenience of canceling or even the very long hold, she HUNG UP ON ME. GI Specialists used to be a great practice. NO MORE. Was Dr. Ballard's patient for almost 25 years and at the end, his staff treated me like dirt, too. Look at the reviews at the other offices. DISGRACEFUL. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO GI SPECIALIST.

Dr. Kim is the most caring and technical Doctor I have been a patient of under Gastro...He is highly competent and seriously comforting...!!!

I had a procedure on yesterday. Dr. Kim and his staff was awesome. They took care of me and my procedure went smooth.

Dr. Kim is truly a very great doctor who cares and works with the patient to get the best results by asking questions and listening to his patient. I really trust him.
