Dr. Jeffrey Thomas Klenz, MD

He is a very Kind Polite Intelligent and caring Doctor. The world needs many more Caring specialists like this.

Dr. Klenz does clearly not listen to his patient. Elderly are on a fixed income. And he chooses to prescribe what he wants versus what has worked in the past re: meds for patient. Therefore patient must pay for a script which is not effective, then call his office to tell him so. Then he prescribes what patient noted works for them and the outcome is costly. He was rude and short with my elderly mother. Insinuating we were late for appt., which we were not. We were sitting in waiting room, waiting to be called in. He would barely allow my mom to speak and cut her off. She was upset when we left.

Only wondering

I am 76. I have needed many doctors and nurses to get me through my life. About one month ago and today, I met the worst, most careless, least interested YAWN I have ever met; its name was Klenz. A month ago when I left his office, I couldn't decide whether Klenz was 'trying" or hoping to help me breathe. I then told myself that NEXT TIME would be the visit at which Klenz would be a doctor and try to help me get well. Ha! He did EXACTLY what he did in our first appointment: nothing. He sat and read my med list to me (as though I'd never seen it) then blinked once or twice and proceeded to repeat about three times what I'd already told him. He is clueless and reckless. Two nurses I saw prior to seeing Klenz did all/any of the work that was done. Klenz bops around reading ancient history to sick people. Surely, I am not the only Lahey client that has discovered this ugly situation. Hate me.
