Our daughter had Acid Reflux very bad as a child. This wonderful caring doctor bedside manner was always top rated to us. He was considerate, always making our daughter feel comfortable and trusting. He is an educated Gastro pediatric specialist that we would recommend to friends. Thank u Dr. Kline for the loving and consistent care that you gave our daughter.

There is absolutely no reason in the world why you should go to this uncouth, rude, ill-mannered man. I have been sick for about 6-7 months now, and I was feeling pretty run down. My general family care doctor diagnosed me with severe Hypothyroidism, and he believed it was the cause of my discomfort. I waited the given 2-3 months for my body to react, but it did not. The medicine raised my thyroid levels, but did not help my gastrointestinal issues. Every time I eat, I feel nauseous and get very sick. My family doctor recommended me to this joke of a doctor, and I unknowingly followed through. My first appointment with "Doctor" Kline was very, very discouraging, to say the least. He shoved a diet plan in my face (after calling me obese, mind you I've lost approximately 35 pounds since starting my thyroid medication and now weigh just around 100lbs.) and immediately scheduled a colonoscopy and endoscopy for me. He also performed *TWO* ultrasounds on me, while misusing the machine!… Correct me if I'm wrong, but GI doctors have no business using one of those if not on your intestines. Nevertheless, I followed through with the procedures. "Doctor" Kline was not only rude and selfish, but he was unprofessional. The look of his office is shady at best, and it's unclean. He has numerous signs on his walls (IN A PEDIATRIC FACILITY) stating ghastly statements like "Get over it", "No whiners", "Help stop global whining", "Put on your big girl panties and deal with it." and many other rude, unprofessional statements. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS VILE MAN. And now, nearly 3 months after my procedures, I have not received my results from this disgusting man and he has been putting illegitimate charges on CREDIT CARDS we have (of which he requires the number or refuses his joke services). In conclusion, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Do yourselves a favor and schedule EARLY with MUSC, because I now have to wait until the end of May (about 5 months) before seeing a credible doctor. Don't waste your time or money on this man.

First going to doctor Kline i felt relieved. finally my daughter would get the help she needed. first appointment was great even though i was iffy about the office considering the way the inside looked.. Dr. kline wanted to do a colonoscopy on my daughter and have a tube put down her throat to take some samples of her lower intestines. ( i thought this was a bit Extreme for a 3 month old baby) but my first daughter never had an problems. so i thought these were the measures we were going to have to take to find out what was wrong with my baby. turns out her lower intestines were inflamed, and she has what they call *fissures* after 2 more visits, they came to a stop, i tried to make a appointment to have my daughter seen because she was having problems using the bathroom again and the prune juice he wanted me to use was no longer working for her. They would Never answer, or the machine said they were closed. I went through her pediatrician to have them set up another appointment and… they had the same issue, so they sent them a referral... i didn't hear anything for almost a month. finally i decided to get my daughter to another doctor. now she goes through MUSC. todays appointment was upsetting my Daughter WAS NOT suppose to have those tests done she was WAY to young, Dr. Kline said she had reflux as Well, but nothing was done about it and according to her new doctor Dr. Kline should of prescribed her something for it 6 months ago. most of the stuff we went over today was things Dr. Kline did not tell me about my daughter and the things he was Suppose to do but did not do. I am not the only one who had to have their child referred to musc, because dr. kline failed to do his job.. Dr. Kline is rude, Ill mannered, and should not have a business i would not refer him to any mother. No one who is running a business for childcare should do something to a child that is not required. and should not Cuss around them either.. I am very happy that i made the choice to find someone else. now i know my daughter will receive the care she Very much deserves.

My child was seen at local childrens hospital. They treated him for months, while I watched my child decline and have pain and they ordered every test under the sun. After many unreturned phone calls and much frustration over not seeing the same doctor more than once. I switched to Dr Kline my son was better in just two visits with Dr Kline. I am so thankful to him, and can't say enought in favor of his care. He provided us the best level of care. He is someone who goes beyond "Normal Standards of Care" to actually help the children in his practice. His diet and medical plan are just what was necessary to stop the severe pain my son had. I don't know what I would of done without him. THANK YOU DR KLINE.

We have been brInging our son Justin to Dr Kline for over 4 years now and Dr Kline has to be the most caring and compassionate Dr we have. He takes the time to listen to what is going on and is always very knowledgeable

Thank goodness Dr Klein doesn't "follow standards of care" (as mentioned way down below in these comments)...He actually HELPS his patients get better, and teaches them to become aware of better healthy habits!

Our daughter has had BM problems since infancy. In addition to prescribed laxative therapy, Dr. Kline takes a holistic approach as far as discussing with us and her the type of foods she eats, probiotics and gut health, her activities, and even her attitudes towards pooping. She loves him and is never afraid when it is time for a visit. He is the most attentive and caring doctor we have ever seen, and he never "talks down" to us like some doctors can. His staff is very helpful, too. Sometimes waits are long when you go for appointments, but that is because he takes ample time with each family to discuss concerns and methods of treatment. The staff does try to keep him on time for appointments, but I don't mind the wait because I know we will never be rushed. Whoever remarked that Dr. Kline is a "quack" is either a disgruntled colleague or someone who has never visited him.

DR. Kline is a very good Dr. He always takes the time with my son. He knows what my son's needs are and does his best to address them.Thanks Dr. Kline for always being there for our family.His staff is also great at what they do.

Dr. Kline, while taking a lot of riff from some of the local Dr.s because he does not drug up your child, is awesome. Our daughter has been seeing him for two months now. She has gone from losing weight, not eating, and being in excrutiating pain to a happy healthy baby! Dr. Kline takes time for you and really really cares about his patients.

He's very caring and compassionate. My 3 year old daughter has been going to him since she was 3 weeks old. She runs up to him and kisses him as soon as she sees him. The office staff is very nice. They will always work your child in if they are sick.
