Dr. Kluger is a doctor because he wants to help people heal, that is evident in his attentiveness, thoroughness, and prompt care. As a patient I for many years I have never felt a disregard for my well being or any less than a top priority.

After going through three different office personnel, I was told I could not schedule an appointment without all my records from previous Dr's being forwarded. My health insurance plan does NOT require a referral, and a simple consultation would be adequate to determine if further drastic measures such as forwarding all my files was even necessary.
