Dr. Jeffrey Kramer, MD

Rude, dismissive, abrupt, arrogant. He raised his voice at me 3 times absolutely uncalled for. Go somewhere else. Fast.

Dr. Jeffry Kramer has been my Nuerologist for 16 years. I have had multiple medical issues that he has been able to diagnose and treat. I think he is a wonderful, knowledgeable, respected Nuerologist. I have follow up treatment appointments every 3 months with Dr. Kramer, and I don’t ever feel rushed or ignored when I’m communicating with him in regards to new and/or current medical issues. Dr. Kramer is one of the best doctors at mercy I highly recommend him when my mom had als she went too many doctors and none of them knew why she couldn’t talk but when she see dr. Kramer he knew exactly what was wrong with her and sent her to a specialist for tests. Thank you dr. Kramer you’re the best dr. Kramer is a neurologist at mercy hospital I would not change him as my dr.

Basically, a con artist. I've been dealing with sleep issues for decades. Went to him to fix it. He talked with me for 2 minutes and ordered a $2000 sleep test. I declined. I need someone who will help me fix this.

He may be very knowledgeable, however he is always short on time, abrupt in style. The few times I have met with him, I've never felt I was able to get in all my questions or that he answered them thoroughly.

He comes in with his preconceived notion of your diagnosis, with getting the neuontiou of your particular case. He sends you through a bunch of medical procedure with ever explains what he may be looking and once the medical procedure he arrives in your room. Never does he sit and make you feel a cared for human being, instead you are treated as a person on his hurried round. If to as what is he writing in the charts, he says you can find out upon discharge, but never do they say is a cost of 99 cents per page. I would try to be apart of my medical treatment,I ask for a pill for my migraine, and his answer to me was no! Quote" for one head". I never complained of headache he argued with me that I did. At the moment I told him that Ireport him to he licensing board, his response was"so".. He finally opened to page stating final discharge note. It was there, that I suffer from migraines. Those were the things I told him hours upon Being in the emergency, while a nothing wonan was… doing an ultra would on my heart. He did not take down all o f my experiences, because I never head a migraine on that day.He left quickly. No smile, no beg side manners, stood over me the entire time.

Would not recommend. He yelled at me after I did what he told me to do.

Worst ever, the ladies in the office need better training and to stay off of Facebook when at their job. Doctor needs to look at someone when checking patient out. He is rude and doesn't even check the patient out correctly.

Was able to see Doctor within a week. Staff was courteous and professional. I was treated for dizziness which I suffered for a few years finally received the treatment and no longer dizzy!

Worst staff ever, I called to make appointment and the scheduler gave me a date then hung up right away without telling me the time. So now I have an appointment in 2 months away and have to call back to find out the time.
