Dr Kramer seems nice, but his staff are only interested in ripping off his patients…beware of “the closer” she comes in and pressures you to pay the highest for treatment you don’t need.

Dr.Kramer is the only dentist I cannot nag about. And believe me I hated all dentists before meeting him.

This office is only interested in making money. Even from retired people. The hygienist must get a kick- back from the periodontal Dr. because she refers everyone to him, then classifies everyone as needing periodontal maintenance, which of course is not covered by insurance because she schedules you every three months and no insurance pays for 4 cleanings a year. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

I felt pressured to make decisions about dental work. The office is strictly interested in money making procedures. Please do not patronize this dental office.

While Dr. Kramer seems like a nice person, the impression I get is that either he or his office or both are out to up-sell you and over-charge you for whatever service you need. Find somewhere else to go -- this dental office is strictly a "business". I had to call my insurance twice to correct their stated fees. I then returned to my former dentist who said part of the procedures recommended were totally not necessary.
