Dr. Jeffrey Krieger, MD

Dr. Krieger was very good and professional. Unfortunately, you are only as good as your team. I called after having two procedures done due to pain and was told by his receptionist who was very rude ( not clinical I assume) that “you already had your tests and have to wait a month to be seen for a follow up and only with the NP”. I called back two weeks later and pleaded to be seen because of pain and she said there are no appts available for you. I was then called 3 days before my appointment and told the NP was taking Friday off and I had to be moved further out. I asked if I could be fit in or something and I was again told “no”. Today I received a letter stamped with “Final Notice” to be seen. I found it interesting that this gate keeper answering the phone is able to rudely determine a patients clinical needs and when they can or should be seen. Truly disappointing service.

Dr. Krieger took the time to explain my options and answered all my questions.

Dr. Jeffrey is a great Dr. ,our experience with him ,was a 10 on the scale , he answer every question we had doubts about it . My husband and my myself were seen by him and everything on the examination when great, we recommended him to any patient looking for a professional and friendly doctor. Outstanding service by him and his professional staff.

Dr. Krieger is top notch. He takes time to explain things and genuinely seems to care about your health and situation. Highly recommended!

Husband’s colonoscopy was very easy going , thanks to Dr Kreiger and staff. They not only kept husband comfortable and both of us well informed as to procedures.. such kind and caring service! Had a little problem when we got home , Dr Kreiger. Was quick to solve it. Did not have to wait 2 days for them to get back to us.

Dr Krieger is a superb Doctor! He has an outstanding personality that puts you completely at ease. Very knowledgeable and explains everything and answers any questions you may have. Would recommend him to anyone.
