if i could give a F with zero stars i would for the front office staff and the nurse very unprofessional they are rude on the phones and in person they talk person matters all while they should be helping patients i have NEVER in all my 50 years experience anything worse i will not come back nor will i ever refer a family or friend

I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Kunkis for a little over 2 months now. His office has never returned my calls and worse! I have never been able to actually speak with a nurse, receptionist or anyone else because every day all day the voicemail says the office is closed, please call back during normal business hours! What are their normal hours? I am going to try one more time tomorrow and then I will have to find a new Dr.

The office is not inviting by the staff I waited to check in while they were having a personal conversation to be addressed. Once I was taken to the back for the doctor he did not listen to my issues but instead performed a procedure that cost me $600 took about 2 min he was rushing in and out never had the opportunity to really talk to him about the symptoms I was having. I was given a prescription for nasal spray and that is all. I would never return to this office again.

him and his nurse we're very very mean and rude to my son and I he had a tonsillectomy and they tortured him on his follow up visit and they were very crass and just terrible bedside manner. I will never take my son back to this manhe also refuses to prescribe pain medication two African American children because of the risk of addiction later in life this is exactly what he told me. his nurses are just as rude as he is I give him no stars

We we're completely shocked at how he and his nurse spoke to my elderly father right after surgery. Making jokes about him not having his teeth in! I've never heard people, let alone so called professionals, behave so disgusting, especially to an elderly helpless patient. Needless to say we will never go back to Dr Jeffrey A Kunkes!

My son has had 2 surgeries performed by him for the same thing in less the 5 yrs and is still having the same problem. I will never take my son back there he is now seeing a different ENT. I also don't like the fact that everytime he steeps in the room it's like he's in a hurry to get the appt over, plus when u ask a question he looks at u like ur dumb. Worst ENT!!!!!!

My child had an appointment at 8:15am. There were two babies ahead of him. Keep in mind that these children had nothing to eat or drink since midnight and mine was the oldest at 16 months. Dr Kunkes did not get in the office until 9:15am. The worst patient customer service I have seen. His excuse, stuck in traffic, but your first appointment was at 6:15am.

Dr. Kunkes is one of the best at what he does. He removed my tonsils in 1987 and then in 2009 he performed sinus surgery and I've never felt better. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
