Dr. Jeffrey H Lane

Having been a gynocology patient of Dr. Lanes' for 26 years, I have nothing but the utmost respect for him and his staff. They have ALL been consistently professional, courteous and efficient in their respective tasks. Dr. Lane always takes the time, however long it may be, to talk AND listen after the examination. On some level, I consider him as trustworthy as a friend, having entrusted him with many personal issues that may/may not relate to his area of expertise and received his help. Dr. Lane will always try to help and his professionalism has been exhibited in many ways over they years. Additionally, the office/exam/procedure rooms are immaculately clean. There has never been a time the office staff did not call me back or schedule an appointment in a timely manner. As a business owner myself, Lane's office is a fine-oiled machine. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lane for many years and he and his staff are very professional and efficient. It is rare to find a Dr. and staff that are personable and willing to take the time to talk to you. Thank you to you Dr. Lane and your wonderful staff.!!!!!

None of the questions above address quality of work. That is why I gave Dr. Lane one star. Yes, appointments are easy to get, they see you quickly, explain lots of stuff (ya gotta love the powerpoint presentation!), he is polite, answers all your questions and follow ups are prompt. The problem is that he does a terrible job w/ smartlipo. Lumps & bumps, uneven fat removal. No, Doc, I won't be contacting you to address any problems; you messed my thighs up the first time & I don't trust that you have the skill of an experienced cosmetic surgeon to fix them. Also, he charges the same or more than other cosmetic surgeons (I checked, after the fact) for the same liposuction procedures. That's even taking into account the hospital fees on top of the surgeon's fee. Dr. Lane does his lipo in office, so all fees go directly to him. Unfortunately he's a Dr. who saw dollar signs with cosmetic procedures without the expertise to perform them. Experience as a gynecologist doing (inner) laser… surgery does not mean he has the gift of performing cosmetic (outer) procedures. Look elsewhere for ANY cosmetic procedure. You're likely to be sorry other wise.

You are treated extremely well before the receive your money...then once they have it and you need follow up appointments, good luck.
